Return Policy

At CONNECT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy.

You will have 14 days to return your item via our Returns Process.

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it has not been worn or used and is returned in its original packaging. If you purchased an item from one of our physical stores, you must return it to the same store where the purchase was made.

Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.

Packages cannot be opened. Returns while the courier is at your door will incur the standard shipping fee.

However, in the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are pleased to offer either a full refund or a free exchange, according to your preference, with no delivery charge for returning the item to us.

Please note:

On-sale and discounted items are non-refundable and are only eligible for an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. Tags must remain attached.

Damaged products or return requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received.

Each order is entitled to one exchange or one refund process only.

You must keep the original purchase receipt and ensure the product's ticket is attached for processing.

No online orders can be exchanged or refunded at a physical store.

To avoid duplicate requests and miscommunication, kindly use only one communication channel to reach us.

 

 


Important Notes

CONNECT reserves the right to refuse returned items if they are used or not in their original packaging condition.

If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the original delivery address, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanged products must be unused and returned with all tags and labels intact, in their protective packaging.
